What fills your cup?
I love inspirational quotes. One of my favorites is "It is not about whether you see the glass as half-full or half-empty, it's that you understand that the glass is refillable." I value self-care and take my mental/emotional well-being seriously. I enjoy spending time in nature, preferably in the mountains. I enjoy hiking, scrambling, paddling, or ice climbing with friends. When I can't make it to the mountains, I keep my glass full through daily walks with my dog, camping with my family or through simple quiet time to myself, listening to music, journal writing, and meditation.
